RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, you may return the product, provided it is in its original condition for a refund of the purchase price within 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email us at Hello@Rinascentia.com and include your invoice number and we will send you instructions on how to return the item.

Please note: It can take up to 10 working days from the time your return is received to process your refund. Only products purchased online from the Rinascentia® website will be accepted for return.
